ESTACADA:
17-1864
On 11/13/2017 at about 1348 hrs., police responded to the 300 block of SW Zobrist Street regarding young children being unattended in the street. A report is pending (CAD).
17-1866
On 11/13/2017 at about 1558 hrs., police received a report about a runaway juvenile in the 200 block of NW Second Avenue. The juvenile returned home later in the day.
17-1868
On 11/13/2017 at about 1711 hrs., a man flagged down an officer to report a woman causing a disturbance near city hall. Penni B. Nichols (52, of Estacada), was arrested when it was discovered that she had been previously excluded from Estacada city-owned property and facilities. She was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on a charge of Criminal Trespass II, on $1,500 bail.

On 11-13-17, at about 2311 hrs., officers observed an illegally parked vehicle, that then attempted to drive away. During the following traffic stop at the intersection of NE Ginseng Drive and NE Carol Street Citations were issued for failing to wear a seat belt, driving unisured and driving without a valid license. The vehicle was impounded.
