Update: Second Suspect Arrested in September Shooting near North Plains
November 8, 2017 -- Chad B. Pitcher, the second suspect sought in a fatal September shooting near North Plains, was apprehended today in Wilsonville by the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office wishes to thank the task force for all their efforts in locating and safely apprehending Mr. Pitcher.
Mr. Pitcher, 38, has been charged with murder and will be held without bail at the Washington County Jail. A prior booking photo is included with this release. An updated booking photo is not yet available.
